Dermal Filler – Lip Enhancement (Fillers) – Cosmetic Procedures
Deep lines and wrinkles across your face can get you down. Although other people may not notice them, you know and they can bother you every time you look in the mirror. A non-invasive, rapid way to whisk them away is by having dermal fillers. This quick treatment can take years off your face, and put a spring back in your step.

Dermal fillers put simply, are facial fillers injected just under the skin in small, controlled amounts. The facial filler helps smooth lines and wrinkles, fill sunken areas and smooth out the overall appearance of your face. If you’re having dermal lip fillers, these help to plump up your pout and restore a natural, more youthful lip shape. The results of each are instant and can last anywhere between 6 and 12 months.

Don’t worry about pain: the areas of your face which are going to be injected can be numbed prior to your treatment, so at most you’ll feel a mild discomfort.

Benefits of dermal fillers

• Restores a youthful look
• Long lasting results
• Natural restoration using hyaluronic acid which naturally occurs in human collagen
• Treatment by our specialist medical clinician committed to natural looking results

Booking a dermal filler appointment is the fastest route to diminishing your lines and wrinkles. A dermal filler treatment helps to smooth the contours of your face and leave you looking (and feeling) years younger.

The biggest benefit of having dermal fillers is that it’s a speedy, non-invasive treatment that you could even squeeze into your lunch hour. Dermal fillers help to replace that youthful plumpness to your skin, and the effects can last a long time if you follow your recommended dermal filler aftercare instructions.

Who can have dermal fillers?
Pretty much anybody can have dermal fillers, however, if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s wise to shelve your plans for a while. Similarly, if you have any skin inflammation, acne or or any breakage of the skin, it’s probably best to wait until this has cleared up. Finally, if you’ve had a chemical peel or any laser treatment recently, it’s advised that you wait for two weeks before having dermal filler treatment.

Dermal filler treatment is safe, speedy and effective and that’s why more and more people are relying on it for a more youthful appearance and a significant boost to their confidence.

Dermal Filler treatment areas

Frown Lines
Frown lines, are deep lines in-between your eyebrows often formed when concentrating or angry. If these are not treated, over time, a permanent line can appear. By treating with an anti-wrinkle relaxant, as soon as the fine lines appear, you can prevent deep grooves form forming and becoming permanent.
Anti-wrinkle injections, even twice yearly will dramatically decrease line formation and even clear fine lines permanently.

Forehead lines
You form forehead lines when raising your eyebrows or when surprised. They can easily be smoothed out naturally with 4-6 very small injections.

Eye Lines (Crow’s Feet)
When you smile these fine lines appear around the eyes which pull on your eyes making you look older and your eyes smaller. Our treatment in this area will not prevent you from smiling naturally but will make your eyes look fresher and brighter.

Bunny Lines
These are the horizontal wrinkles that form across the bridge of your nose. 2 small injections into the muscle that causes this wrinkling around your nose will relax them, smoothing facial creases and your nasal bridge.

Sad Mouth
As you age, your mouth muscles can toughen and become tight pulling down the corners of the mouth, giving you a sad or stern expression. With just 2 small injections below the area, we can soften this muscle and give you a happier brighter look.

The Tight Chin
As your muscles age and become more ridged around the lower face and chin they can pull on your chin creating a protuberant pointy chin which is less attractive. 2 simple injections can release this tight look and make your chin both smoother and less prominent.

Smoker’s Lines
These are the “puckered” lines around your lips. It is unfair to call them smokers lines, as although smokers are more prone to this puckering effect around the lips, many people who have never smoked also have them. Anti-wrinkle products can be gently administered at very small doses above your lips and around the lines to soften them.

Nefertiti Lift
Reestablish your jaw line and soften unsightly neck muscles (platysmal bands), slimming your lower face.

Anti Wrinkle Injections
As you age, crow’s feet, permanent wrinkles, bags around your eyes and sagging skin can develop affecting your appearance and self-confidence.
Botox wrinkle relaxation is the most effective way of erasing fine lines by muscle relaxation.

Benefits
• Get natural youthfully smooth skin
• Boost your confidence – look and feel younger

How Can Anti Wrinkle Injections Help?
Ageing results in loss of elasticity in the skin giving a looser, dull look. This can be due to simple genetics and how your skin changes over time but also a result of sun exposure, stress, smoking, alcohol consumption and dehydration. Anti-wrinkle injections (commonly know as Botox®) can reverse these signs of ageing no matter what has happened to your skin in the past!

By reducing overactive muscle movement in the face, you skin becomes relaxed and gets a chance to recover from continual movement. The result essentially irons out your skin giving it a smoother younger look.
The treatment is gentle, lasting from 3-6 months and preven

ts those annoying fine lines which give your age away.

Will It Look Natural and Is It Safe?
Temple Beauty do not believe in “frozen” looks and our clinician Clare is known for providing a gentle approach with natural looking results. As such the very small doses of anti-wrinkle injections placed in the muscles in the face and forehead are perfectly safe.

There have been no reported long-term adverse effects from any anti-wrinkles injections and the product is naturally broken down and cleared out of the muscles within 3-6 months of the treatment.

Mesotherapy
This treatment involves tiny superficial injections of a potent skin rejuvenating cocktail of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and amino acids. When injected to where it can have an affect, it promotes the production of collagen and elastin, all while stimulating the skin’s metabolism.

Mesotherapy is also known as “skin-prick rejuvenation,” as it helps give your skin the boost it needs to look brighter and feel firmer, as well as fade the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Facts about Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy rejuvenates from the inside. Unlike treatments which treat the top layer of skin – mesotherapy works from within the skin to promote collagen, elastin, and cellular turnover.

Stimulated skin metabolism = tighter, firmer skin! Many clients report feeling tighter and more contoured after a mesotherapy treatment. As the skin’s metabolism increases, skin tightens, making the treatment area look slimmer and smaller.

Mesotherapy can be used for multiple trouble spots. Mesotherapy can be used for a variety of trouble spots. Micro-injections of hyaluronic acid can be used to plump the hands, neck, and chest area for firmer, more youthful-looking skin.
Mesotherapy can complement your other skin treatments including skin peels, Botox injections, and dermal fillers.

More Information….
Mesotherapy treatments take approximately 30 minutes to administer. Treatments can be slightly uncomfortable; an anesthetic treatment can be used to manage any discomfort. Initial treatments begin at 3 sessions, scheduled one month apart. Maintenance sessions are scheduled 3 to 4 times per year.

Advanced Electrolysis
Advanced Electrolysis (also known as Advanced Cosmetic Procedures) is a comfortable and effective treatment. This versatile method can treat a variety of skin blemishes, from skin tags and age spots, to facial thread veins, moles, warts and milia, as well as vascular conditions.

Advanced treatments are available  to remove a variety of cosmetic skin blemishes quickly and expertly. Unlike hair removal, these treatments generally require only one appointment and take advantage of the very precise needle control required by electrolysis. (Some cases may require more than one treatment). Only those who have undertaken specialist advanced training are able to perform these treatments.

Our therapists are qualified in advanced electrolysis treatments and are able to remove skin tags, milia, thread veins (Telangiectasia) and blood spots (Campbell de Morgan spots). Our therapists can also treat warts, verrucae, Sebaceous Hyperplasia, Syringoma, Seborrhoeic Warts, and perform cosmetic mole removal (technically moles are not removed by electrolysis, the overgrown tissue is treated and ‘shrunk’ down). Permission from your GP may be required for some of these treatments, please check with our therapist prior to treatment.

Electrolysis is the only medically approved form of permanent hair removal, period. Electrolysis is a course of treatment that permanently removes hair growth when performed by skilled and experienced practitioners. Electrolysis has the longest known track record together with the most effective results for permanent hair removal. For over 100 years, electrolysis has been recognised as a safe, reliable method of treating all skin and hair types. Many new treatments for hair reduction or non-permanent hair removal have emerged over the years; electrolysis has remained the only treatment to achieve permanent and complete eradication of unwanted hair when performed by a skilled, experienced and qualified therapist.

For those who seek complete and permanent hair removal on any part of the body, regardless of skin tone or hair colour, there remains only one method that is approved by the British Medical Association – electrolysis.
